The SHARE Community Forum and Fundraiser is being held April 30th, during Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

This event will serve as a space for survivors to share their experiences through personal narrative, poetic readings, and other forms of creative expression while receiving community support.

The event will also feature voices from the local community, as we come together to challenge social discourse, reframing rape-supporting dialogues to messages that acknowledge the serious nature of sexual violence and allow for societal and personal healing.

In addition to the forum, there will be a silent auction to benefit the Portland Women's Crisis Line, food and refreshments, informative booths, and live music.

The event will be ASL interpreted, with culturally specific services for the deaf community, promoting increased access for survivors who are deaf and heard of hearing.

Please join us on April 30th, 6:30pm at the Multnomah Arts Center to stand against sexual violence, shifting from a victim-blaming practice to a dialogue of strength and compassion.
